Elizabeth is a paralegal with Black Lion Services and has over seven years’ experience in family law, general civil litigation, real estate and estate planning. Elizabeth graduated from Chatham University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications and obtained her Paralegal Certificate in 2004.
Elizabeth enjoyed working in Denver, CO and Pittsburgh, PA for a firm well-known for their experience in contentious, high net-worth divorces and custody battles as well as complex estate and trust litigation cases before moving to New England’s seacoast in 2016.
Elizabeth uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience to help families in transition by providing detailed support to the attorneys and her clients. From complex litigation cases to simple uncontested divorces, she is involved from beginning to end. Elizabeth assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains all document production and the client case file, and is integral in preparing for mediations, late case evaluations, hearings and trials.
She believes that these tools are an asset she can use when interacting with clients and a pathway for longevity in the profession she enjoys.
