Prior to associating with Black Lion Services, Tim was an associate with Kaplin Stewart in Blue Bell, PA focusing his practice in the areas of land use, land development and zoning of both commercial and residential real estate. As an associate with Hartman Underhill & Brubaker in Lancaster, PA, Tim gained experience in commercial litigation, business counseling, and real estate transactions.
